We visited Pavliani in Fthiotida and enjoyed unique traditional and homemade dishes at the tavern-Anastasiou. We enjoyed there the homemade pies of Mrs. Mary, seasonal cooked with meat, vegetables and feta cheese chosen from local producers. The barbecue tasted lamb from the flocks of the region on the grill and spit and handmade burgers and local beef - everything was unique. At the end we tasted the handmade sweets!
Our stay was in the traditional stone guesthouse "Petrino". The hospitality was warm and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable, in harmony with the traditional style of the area and the scenery around the hostel is. In the afternoon, we drank our coffee and later in the evening we drank our drink next to fireplaces in two rooms of the guest house.
Our friends chose to spend their weekend in stone guesthouse "Seasons". The impressions were the best since the hostel is newly built, combining traditional style with the comforts that provide a high quality hotel.
Breakfast on both hostels was excellent since the buffet had everything in abundance satisfying even the most demanding customer. The handmade cookies, jams, cheese, all kinds of drinks, natural juices are just some of the items offered free with the stay.
